I'm thinking about ordering the topspeed titanium exhaust tips to go on my topspeed exhaust what do y'all think? will it look good or ricey since its not an hks?

Dude go for it... HKS is not the only exhaust with Ti tips...

You got the 3 inch? They just told me they don't make the 2.5 anymore. (Didn't know they stopped a while ago) I'm afraid of a 3" on an NA car

Haha posted right before you wondering the same thing. They gave me a crazy price so I was going to pull the trigger, until I heard that its only 3" now. I'm obviously afraid of the size and back pressure and blah blah.

yea i got the 3"... i don't really care about whether or not its good for my car.. i mean from what i've heard.. that's all bs about backpressure and such

idk.. what are they trying to say? you want more pressure in the exhaust so your engine can't push as hard? wouldn't you want it to be free so you can push your car harder?

Well, I've seen some cars put down different numbers with different size exhausts, however the numbers were so small that it wouldn't really matter anyway. Actually, it could also be from different weather conditions, engine temps etc etc too. I wouldn't quite say its a "myth" but its not a big enough deal to really care. Just my opinion.

Yeah its not a COMPLETE myth.. you're fine as long as your not running open headers 24/7
