DIY HFCs

Can someone help me find the DIY HFC installation, I serach all over the G site and I can't find any DIY for HFC.

Thanks for the link, my first post was at 6/18 and my first bump was 6/19. I know is only been less then 24 hrs but is not within 5 mints.
