Choosing exhaust for sedan help!!

Hi guys. I own 2004 g35x. My exhaust setup is:stock everything+HKS muffler,
and i like what i'm hearing but , it need to be completed.I did my 20+ hours
research and decided to go with 05 sedan midi instead of couple midi because
i finally got 05 sedan midi after looking for it for a long time. What you guys
thinks? May be somebody with this combo,or just your valid opinion?
Thanks in advance.

Hello.

Please go here:

https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-sedan-v35-2003-06/190116-aftermarket-sedan-exhaust-compilation.html

There are hundreds of bits of information about exhausts.

Note the rest of the stickies at the top of the forum as well - all chock full of goodness.

Welcome to the board!

You'r stock resonator is too big, the 05-06 sedans have smaller resonators which allows less air restriction, if you'r looking to enhance the sound of your overall exhaust, 05-06 sedan midpipe is the most affordable way to hear and enjoy improvements especially with your hks muffler.

Where is the best place to purchase the 05-06 sedan mid pipes? Could they also be bought directly from the dealer?

They can, but they'll "tear you a new one" in the process, especially if you want them to install it....highly NOT recommended.
