well just got home and opened up the pocket size box, but found damage on my new baby.

i apologize for the quality but you get the idea.

should i try to get the tip repaired and live with the dimples on the mid pipe? or since i spent some good hard earned cash on this, should i return it and wait another month for a replacement (hoping it doesnt turn out like this)?

i purchased this on the gb from gruppe-s. i just called them and said they would refund me the money and could wait for the new one. looks like fedex had some fun trying to literally make the box pancake size.

i guess i'm leaning towards the return since i just found another dimple on the main can. but i guess i can still have fun with the y-pipe. please advise. thanks.

 

jeez everyone is getting their fujitsubo exhaust shipped except me. flex man, return it and getta refund or get them to ship u a new one in perfect condition a.s.a.p.

are you paying for the return shipping? damn gruppe-s has really let me down, its been 52 days and i still haven't gotten my exhaust, and i really hope it's in perfect condition. i'm sorry flex.

not a problem, my rims came in worse shape thanks to ups (not purchased from gruppe). so i'm used to this. it's not gruppe's fault. the exhaust comes in the manufacturer's box and doesn't look like they opened it up. just put my name on the next shipment that's due in a month. so what's another 30 days eh?

areddy didn't you receive a tracking number? if not contact gruppe-s. for those of you that have yet to receive the fuji, good luck and safe landings =). i wouldn't want any of you to feel my pain. i need a hug...protocav?

 

nope, no tracking number. i called them a week ago and they said it should be here in 2 weeks, but they didn't give me a number. i've called them a bunch of times, i give up, i'll just wait for it.

I got my y-pipe in but no exhaust yet. What a tease! Did you guys receive both at the same time or different times?

Feel sorry for ya. That's Fujitsubo's packaging fault...cuz I got the same dent on my Fujitsubo mid-pipe as well. But it is so minor that I am goign to live with it.
