dc headers?
DC are very common and inexpensive... however, they haven’t shown to give max gains... some ppl report minimal to none.
FWIW, I went with Crawford for the sole reason of tube length... Crawford were the longest tubes I could find that still allowed for cats (even though I'm running HFC)...
My second choice was Stillen - but they didn’t look to be as long as Crawford (but longer than Strup and DC)... After receiving the Crawfords, I kinda wish I had gone with Stillen... the Crawford welds aren’t the best - in fact they are quite poor... Stillen's are mandrel bent.
Anyway, mine are being installed as I type - I'm also having cams installed so any gains can’t be contributed to one or the other, since it will be the combination.
Just my .02 in case it helps with your decision.

Yea, I wasnt crazy about the strup, but a lot of people have them and they sound decent. Although 90% of what clips I saw were mixed with other mods or diff brands... I found one that was pretty close to my setup and it sounded good, but it seemed that it took the driver longer to reach a higher gear, unless of course he wasnt getting on it WOT but 50 to 60% to get an idea of the exhaust note inside.
I was looking into going with the stillen for the same reasons. Plus they are ceramic and I agree with a lot of people on here that they are a bit better, especially at insulating against heat vs Stainless Steel. I'm not sure how the jethot coat benefits but w/e lol. Just be thankful that we dont have the VQ35HR...those things are horrible for getting any kind of power out of. They have great parts for being stock, which sucks when you spend a grand on an exhaust just to change how it sounds, or even more to try and see a slight gain

IMO HR is designed for FI… I wouldn’t go the same route if I had an HR.
for the DE I'm seeing what can be done safe with N/A... cost vs benefit = no bueno... but anyone can slap on a SC or ST or TT and be like the rest... I'm on a quest for fastest N/A AT sedan - and one of the fastest NA VQ period

I bought the used DC SS headers (really good price) + coated + gaskets + labor = almost $900DOMO
and get tune $$ lol

The UpRev guys will be there (they're the ones that developed Osiris) and a bunch of modded cars (including mine) will be there dynoing... I highly suggest you attend, you will learn more there in one day than you will here in a month.
