pop charger install help

hey guys i know installing a popcharger is super easy and i know that! but somehow someway i am having trouble putting the darn heatshield in my g35?
it wont fit for some reason what am i doing wrong?

ok so i just tried to put in the 350z heatshield in my g35 and it fit? i dont know how thats possible. ill post some pics. How do i get the g35 heatshield to fit why isnt it going in? someone please help me

ok heres the Z heatshield in my G35 but why wont the G35 heatshield fit!!?!

i tried screwing the g35 heatshield onto the frame but it just seems like it wont fit. ill take better pics tomorrow. wow i never though installing a popcharger would be this painful haha

help me out guys

I don't know what there is to say, go search up a picture of an installed G35 popcharger and just position the heat shield like that. If it doesn't fit, unbolt the cone filter and put the shield in first. Good luck.

yea i tried installing the shield first then the filter but it just doesnt seem to fit. i know i have the right heatshield wat am i doing wrong?

the heatshield just wont fit

any suggestions of what may be the problem?

I have had one on my '03 coupe for a number of years now, no issues. Ever think of calling JWT? The phone number is 619 442-0680

u just need to shift it more towards the left where it bolts down
