Burnt titanium look

Is it possible to give polished intakes such as injen that burnt titanium look that HKS tips have and amuse.

The amuse pipe intake comes in burnt titanium but is really expensive. Any idea if it will be expensive in turnin metal into burnt titanium?

I just like the look of it with a polished plenum. I know it dosnt do anythin for power wise but it looks nice for the engine bay. also im not going turbo anytime soon so I dont really want to be suggested to save and go turbo lol thanks guys
