Motordyne Exhaust (Gamma) w/pics,dyno & soundclips

Ok so I've posted in the other mega thread. But it kinda gets lost in the 50 some pages. So I'll just put it all in here.

First of all I love this exhaust. The deep rumble from it makes me smile. I describe the sound as being the bigger brother of the stock exhaust. I has a nice deep sound. I have the resonated XYZ pipe and mid pipe. I don't think its too loud. Mainly when you get on the gas.

Oh and this is my first mod. Everything else on my car is stock. So I felt the extra power I gained from this exhaust. Especially when you start getting higher in the RPM. Can't wait to get the MREV 2 & Spacer.

So I'll start with the dyno

Some pictures when I opened the package

With the exhaust on

Now for the sound clip

Here is pictures when I switched from a dual to a single (just to test it). It only stayed like this for three days. Only took half an hour to go from dual to single.

And soundclip

Tony had sent me a single midpipe to test out. To get some soundclips and pictures. It only took me about half an hour to switch from dual to single. I already put the duals back on.

sounds good, single looks funny imo though. not too large of a tip and its not angled so it kinda just seems like you are missing half of your exhaust...

Sounds good, really looks off though with single.

G
Sounds good!
But I agree with the two above. Without the slight angle, it looks somewhat out of place.

Yeah I just don't think the single looks right on the G. Maybe if you had the right body kit. I'll stick with the dual.

It's mellow - one of the quietest aftermarket exhausts I've heard. Very nice sound though. I love it. I'm tired of the noise with my evoT (though it's one of the quietest for FI, it has a loud rumble at idle and low rpms with slight drone). What is the size of the piping in the center section (where it is only 1 pipe).

I don't think its that quiet. Its about as loud as the HKS & FI exhaust. But it does have that deep mellow sound.

Let me dream. Can't I have a stock noise level exhaust option with 500+ to the wheels?

Looks good dual, but not feeling the single, the angle isn't drastic enough, it needs to be straight cocked to look good. Still a super sick exhaust
