Opinions on "Frankenstein" Exhaust

Since spring is right around the bend, I'm getting itchy to throw some mods on my G. It's a 2005 6MT coupe. I have a z-tube and K&N drop-in now and will soon be installing the 5/16 MD Iso Thermal spacer and MREV2 I have. As far as exhaust goes, I want to do a little something now, but don't want to spend a hell of a lot. What do you guys think of this? Any problems?

- An HR Y-pipe off an '08 Z
- HFC (brand?)
- Stock muffler
- Different mid-pipe?

Maybe I'll wait a few months and get the FI cat-back I've been looking at. I just have that itch, you know?

I think the HR Z Y and the HFCs are a good choice. I'd definately slap those on and then see how it sounds. No real need to do these all at once is there?

No, no need to do all at once. The spacer and MREV will probably be this weekend. HR Z Y and HFCs some other time.
