work with stock pipes and stock headers and exhaust etc... I am wanting to upgrade the cats now and later on down the road the who exhaust. would it be alright and worth it to do 1 part now and 1 later on, or just get them all at once?

A specialty shop in the bay area called Zcargarage has done numerous before and after test with dynos and it apparently shows significant gains. If you go to their site and look at their blogs, you will find it. Not to say that it is better then other HFC but over stock, it is without a doubt better. I personally run Test Pipes.
