the thread part of my hks is shearing off due to my drop....i recently dropped my car on tein basics and u guys know the problems going off bumps and ****, even though im very carefully...well now the thread part is all f@#ked up..i know alot people who have a HKS exhaust and dropped has to be having this problem...is that a concern i need to worry about????...plz help!..attached is the pic of the threaded part of my HKS exhaust...

ALSO...my SERVICE ENGINE SOON LIGHT is on!..and i dont have any idea why...any suggestions??...im at 66,000 miles on it...i took it in to get an oil change but realize that its not the check engine light after the fact.....

 

im slammed and i never scrape it! drive slower n angle more son!

 

Is it causing an exhaust leak?

 

^na i have no leaks anywhere...

 

i dont know how u dont scrape....maybe cause i have to do this everyday at my job...like 3 different bumps LOL....it sucks though!!..........

 

I have the same problem with my HKS. Chicago roads are terrible & I don't even have a drop!
