I am not sure how the FI HFCs sound but I have Berk HFCs with my HKS and it sounds amazing. I dont have a video though.

I did find a video on youtube of Kinetix 300 cell with HKS.

 

I have Borla on mine and I have drone at 1600-2000 RPM's with the Berk HFC's.

 

I took some quick videos of my car getting up to speed. First time to do this so sorry for crappy camera angle. I have to say its hard holding a camera and driving. Never been a good multi-tasker.

Not sure which FI's you are looking at but at one point the FI and Berk's used the same cat...the Berk's were a lot cheaper!

 

Interesting, very interesting.. HKS makes that same metallic ringing/rasp sound as an X02 you hear it at the end of the 2nd video... It also pings and pops just like the X02... Hmm.. I thought HKS never had those annoying sounds but it does.

 

i've heard people saying that the car would have drone with HFC but from my understanding, usually aftermarket exhaust have drone at 1500 - 2000 rpm at 6th gear....

 

One of the sounds is my coilover adjusting tools I have in the back tray. They cling to gether and make sounds everytime I make a turn or hit a bump. I have played it over and over and am not hearing anything at the end of the video. But my wife does tell me I can't here worth poo.

It drones but I never notice it. I have a F150 and it has a 3" magnaflow setup on it (that drowns like a *****). I have also owned an IROC camero and mustang both of which had costom exhasts and both were loud as hell.

LOL to me the G is still to quite even at low crusing RPMs

 

i think i might get FI HFC 300 Cell... i heard they sound sexxxxy with the HKS HI power

I rocked this exact combo for well over a year and loved it. Only reason I sold everything is b/c I needed the money.

 

those are my vids!! WOOHOO!!! I loved that setup by I did have the popping sound as well....I have Fast Intentions Carbon Fiber Catback now with Kinetix HFC's 300 CELL

 

I love my HKS exhaust like it was my child, I can only imagine how awesome it'd be with the FI HFC's. Too bad I can't ever find them for sale at a price I'm willing to pay.
