I have read around here a little and I am trying to help a buddy who wants to start modding is 05 G35 6 speed but doesnt know much about cars so he asked me. I didn't think there would be a ton of power to be had from intake/exhaust because these cars seem pretty well tuned from the factory but what do I know. It looks like a stillen intake with a ztube is the most popular option for an intake and a plenum space also sounded like it could net some good gains. I have seen some thread with guys saying replacing the cats with some high flows and a catback can also net some gains when paired with the intake and plenum space. And do handheld tuners such as SCT or Diablo work well on these cars? Just looking for some help with bolt ons to help my buddy get some more out of his G. Thanks guys.
