Megan headers yay or nay?

Hi guys, I tried to search, but couldn't find any feedback on these.
I am being offered a set of megan headers for 180.. looks like a good price. they are brand new...

I have a shop that can put them in for less then 200..

Question is:

how good are these headers?
any known issues with this part?

should I jsut wait and get me a stillen ones?

any feedback is very much appreciated.

I am not aware of any issue with them. Some people think Megan is crap and other like it.

I am not sure I would trust them with a mod as complicated to design and hard to install as headers. If you are going to take the time and money to do headers go with something tried and true that you know will make power. So many times people get cheap headers and loose power.

My friend has them on his 290WHP N/A 350z. He loves them but since he has cams he got long tube headers. Now I have the Megan headers with only 2000 miles on them.

I'm still debating installing them for my stock exhaust or selling them. If you want them they can be yours for $300.

That's a very good price, just be aware that you will lose torque and power with headers before you get a tune.

Headers will typically lose in the lower range and gain in the upper range some without a tune. After getting a tune they become much more effective.

I would look at getting the Megan Long Tube headers if I was gonna go with Megan. I have DC SS shorties.
