Installed the exhaust.. now TWANGing WTF

So I got the strup test pipes, nismo y-pipe, new coupe midpipe, and HKS sport muffler on today... sounds PHENOMENAL... but I've always had a problem with the exhaust "TWANG" ing.... it's always done this... it sounds kind of like a heat shield is vibrating or something. When I just had the coupe middy on... it seemed to only do it at about 1500-2000 RPM... and it sounded like a blown baffle in the stock muffler. I tried bending the heat shield around the middy... no fix. Now, with an ENTIRELY new exhaust system... its WORSE... what the hell could it possibly be?

VIDEO***listen when I give it a little gas

I made sure there's no leaks and all that good stuff... the problem is that it's the SAME twanging sound I've been getting for quite awhile now... even with the bone stock exhaust and the added coupe middy

It's hard when I'm by myself :-/ but when troubleshooting the problem previously with friends it sounded like it was coming from around the rear muffler section.

I've had a suggestion that it's rasp from test pipes? i really hope not... or else I'll be looking for HFC immediately

That is what's referred to as "rasp" which is caused by the unrestricted flow of exhaust and unburned fuel. It is most commonly caused by the test pipes. It usually doesnt happen with a stock system so you probably had something loose before.
