HFC or Test Pipes with HKS Hi Power Exhaust?

What will amplify the HKS exhaust and make it louder and sound better overall? Test Pipes or HFC?

I was looking at the fast intentions 300 HFC and the Berk HFC. Big difference in price between the 2, but is the FI one worth the extra price?

I am still using a stock air filter, would a CAI make my exhaust sound and perform better?

What do you guys recommend? I have no experience with HFC nor test pipes.

If you get test pipes get resonated test pipes (FI is a good choice). There should be minimal rasp and it'll amplify the exhaust a lot. HFC will also amplify the exhaust but not as loud as test pipes. I have FI HFC 300 cell and no complaints. They are high quality, no rasp, and will not throw a CEL.
