Is it suppose to look like this???

This is the midpipe of a Fujitsubo Legalis R exhaust. Is the end suppose to be flushed or am I completely off???

Not sure if the above picture is what you mean, and this is from a G37... The above pic is like that because it's going from a 3'' to 2.5''...?

I've seen pics both ways, seems like if they have the kind of fitting you do they are tapering down in diameter...
