Will the 08 Nismo S-tune Y pipe fit on a 03 g35 fujitsubo midpipe and muffler?
and will there any noticeable gains? or will it just be louder?

Is there a way also to tell if the Y-pipe is authentic Nismo?

Yes it will fit. You will get small gains and will be little bit louder.
