I'm inbetween borla and the strup. Anybody have one of these currently installed? Horsepower and TQ gains? Hows the sound? In your opinion, worth the money they cost?

Forgot to mention I have the borla true dual catback exhaust system and kinetix hfc's already... only thing left for breather mods would be an intake and this. Next I'm going with the 5/16 spacer, mrev, and an upper manifold prolly...

i would say no... you should just get an ecu. then it'll guarantee you horsepower gains

 

You want to avoid Borla headers, as they've caused people to lose horsepower. Haven't heard any bad things about the Strup headers, though.

Also, I'm selling my Stillen headers for $450 over on the my350z.com classifieds, if you're interested. I dyno tested them to show as much as 11whp gained in the top end.

 

do a little searching on headers, you'll find a lot of info

you'll be better off getting intake done now. save headers til you have nothing else to do.
