Damaged exhaust

So I was driving on the fwy over the weekend. Suddenly there was this big metal piece flew out of this car in front of me. I guess he ran over it thrusting it towards me. I couldn't get fully swerve out in time and the fact that there were vehicles on my left and right lane. I was trapped. I did though slow down to minimize the damage. So the metal piece ended up under my car making this LOUD metal to metal bang sound.

I take the exit up a head and pulled into a plaza. There I checked my car for damages. Sadly I have this little crack on the lip front lip(or front bumper lip) It's about 5 inches long. Not really noticeable. Some scratches under the car... and the worst part... my damaged tanabe exhaust. At first I didn't notice it until I turned on the car. Heard this hissing sound and what not. I look under the car and followed the sound and there it was a hole/dent on the exhaust. Anyways, is this exhaust fixable? Considering what material tanabe uses on them.

Or am I out of luck and I have to purchase new one? The damage part is right after the midpipe on the axle back area just behind the muffler itself.

Post some pics! Just a get a shop to weld the hole/cut whatever it is you got.

As far as the material Tanabe has...that is just packing for the muffler section. It doesn't run the length of the exhaust.
