Cold air intake on Kurookie bumper -> Ram air fabrication?
Actually...just found out that their 350Z makes 346 whp lol
And your right about the 3.5" throttle body, so they must have modified their intake in some way or used an adapter.
Regardless, they obviously know their VQ's inside and out so I will take their recommendation that I keep my Injen CAI seriously.

I mean that if one had a completely stock car and threw on a CAI/Intake, it might not make any power. Sure the ECU will adapt to some degree, but with an intake one probably needs a tune to see any real gains. The lack of a tune may also create the potential for power loss (I'm referring to Rob's test and the weird MAF readings from some intakes, relates directly to the disruption in laminar flow/cone versus panel filter), so one should really do a tune at the same time.

I am hoping to see a big gain in power from the tune, hopefully the car will be at least 240-250 whp at the end of this, I dont think thats too much to ask with a full exhaust, a CAI and the Plenum spacer
