yup. unless you changed/removed your cats you aren't doing anything emissions wise unless you talk about sound emission

So far the exhaust has held up well and I see no signs of rust. This is in New York too where we have all forms of precipitation and salty roads for the ice.

I paid $120 for them to install it and bend the pipe at the tips since fitment was off, but it was worth it because my mechanic did a great job.

what needs to be bent exactly? Is it just a metal flange or the whole piping? If its a flange is all i could do this install just not sure if i have to bend the actual piping.

I installed this exhaust a couple weeks ago, and I love it. It did start to rattle a little bit so I am going to retighten all the bolts, and would suggest other people to do the same. But I love the way it sounds, and it looks awesome. Even my fiancé said it sounds sexy

M2 Performance exhaust needs a Magnaflow 11386

I absolutely love it! The G coupe sounds more like V8. It has a low, deep growl at start up and idle, the sound is subdued but powerful throughout the rpm band and is thunderous at WOT.

In other words, if you were being followed by an officer itching to give you a ticket for a loud exhaust, you can easily mask the sound by shifting at low rpms. However, if you hit the gas pedal while driving under an overpass you will feel the roar this setup makes.

The Berk HFC are known to introduce rasp to any exhaust system especially one as cheap as the M2. The Magnaflow 11386 eliminates the rasp at the cost of some drone, which can be managed by your throttle input.

I'm comparison, the Motordyne TDX exhaust system with ART Pipes sounds far better but for the price the M2 and magnaflow x pipe you can't complain. Also, sound clips of the magnaflow x-pipe on an exhaust system will not capture the low tones it produces, it is better that you hear it in person. BTW thanks to forum member Jairen.

My setup:
JWT Pop Charger + Stillen Air Box + Z Tube + Motordyne 5/16 Spacer + Berk HFC + M2 Performance Exhaust + Maganaflow 11386

M2 exhaust

I just had my M2 exhuast installed yesterday and I really like it. Sounds great looks great other than the tips could be a bit nicer but easily fixed with getting some Greddy tips down the line. Overall I do feel a performance difference as well. It didnt align up right away but the muffler shop I took it to got it all together just fine.
