how does this system sound inside the car? I am looking at putting this on the car with an aftermarket smooth y pipe, hoping that it will eleminate the terrible drone that I still get with a total of 4 mufflers and an x-pipe. I don't mind loud, I just mind drone that makes it so you can't even talk on a cell phone. I am on the highway a lot and the dual systems all seem to get the same drone that makes it hard to bare at low rpms. that's why I'm looking at this one.

Ha ha...I feel you mang...I have an injen td and it drones like ****...I ended up taking out.the resonators and.putting in two high flow glasspacks and two more in the mid pipes and then the two outlet mufflers for a total of six. Still drones like **** til I switched out my TP for hfcs . Good luck.

I started with the injen td setup and now I have a true duals with x-pipe and 4 mufflers without canisters. it's based off the same pipes though. I am really not happy with it though. I don't see how anyone would be.

yeah... i kind of regret buying this exhaust as well...wish i'd researched a lil more...a buddy put on a magnaflow axleback muffler to his stock y and mid pipe...made it a lil deeper under throttle but that was it...i'm also looking at an hr-y pipe with a 3" midpipe to an oem style muffler...just haven't made up my mind...i dont want to restrict my other breather mods...but then again giving up a lil hp for peace of mind...hhhmmm
