Whats the difference between test pipes and HFC

Im not sure if my megan pipes are test pipes or if they are high flow cats. is there a specific way to tell them apart?

yes, test pipes are hollow HFC have catalytic materials inside that look like honeycomb.

Megan doesn't make HFC for the G35

HFCs have a bulge for the internals, TPs are basically just a straight pipe with no bulge.
TPs are just a connecting pipe from the headers to the rest of the exhaust.
