please help issue with test pipes

please help issue with test pipes
i just bought a set of Megan test pipes with the non fouler and installed them everything was put back just the way it came minus the cats and car fires up and dies instantly i have no idea why its like it is not getting enough gas or something if any one could please help me with this if not bye bye test pipes
