No problems here....I just did mine today. I was going to go with the Chrome Intake but I think there will be too much of a heat soak. Went with the stock Z tube and K&N Filter...the sound over 4K is f'n awesome.... I think you probably had bad bolts that gave out to heat stress. I'd recommend trying to get those warrantied....I"m sure the dealer is going to want some ridiculous amount.

I asked because I notice that the response with the Ztube is not the same. Is like a delay on perfomance when you press the gas pedal. After the Ztube, when I pressed the gas pedal the car response very fast. Now with the Ztube is not the same. The sound is great (as stated before), also you can fell a nice punch, but with a delay.
