Long tube headers + Cams?

Ive been reading through the threads and have a question about long tube headers and cams. I have 2007 5AT with 5/16 spacer, TDX V2, and intake. I want to get a set of LTH's and cams but ive been reading cams dont add all that much for 5AT's and others say headers and cams together will add a good amount. Will LTH's with Cams together add a decent amount with a tune or is it not even worth it for a 5AT? and which is best PPE LTH's and how about for cams? thnaks in advance.

headers w/o cams or cams w/o headers won't do much for a 5AT(Non-RevUp). together you'll get great gains

also look into DLC coated lifter buckets and a 1pc drive-shaft to maximize gains

I saw in another thread you have to get the buckets at the dealer? or can I purchase them online somewhere?

Did you do any oil cooler/spacer mods with this or Rev-up studs ?

rev-up oil pump and rod bolts (not required, but good idea especially if you are going to bump the rev limiter, which undoubtedly you will)... I used JWT upgraded valve springs (not really necessary, but doesn't hurt).

Oil cooler and/or spacer is a good idea if you plan to track the car (road course)... otherwise not necessary imo.
