Berks HFC with stock exhaust: Setting myself up for drone?

Hi all

I have an 05 G35 sedan with rusty and rattling cat shields. I could use hose clamps on the cats to quiet the rattling or I could just replace them with Berks HFC and enjoy a little power gain. Question though, will I be setting myself up for drone/rasp/resonance with the Berks cats?

Thanks in advance.

The HFC's will give you rasp, i don't think you'd get drone with the stock system.

Are you sure it's just the heat shields and not the content that's rattling? I have some good condition cats for sale if you want to stay stock.
