Just got Stillen dual cat back installed on my sedan.

What if I don't reset my ECU? Will it learn it over time and end up at the same place?

It will aquire/learn new settings...per your driving habits.. on it's own in a few weeks/ hundred miles. JBX

 

can this work on all bolt ons? just wondering example = intake, headers catback, high flow cats etc.

Yupper....Trouble is that it can take quite a while and you are doing youself a disservice by waiting. The ECU thread is quite good and easy to follow. I would give it a shot in order to accelerate the benifits of your mods. I can cheat...I just go in the back (our service dept.) and hook up to the computer ...1-2-3 done in about 30 sec.

ps. After installing stillen exhaust with my nismo CAI. My G's being great. Dont know why but the first few days was kindda strange driving in it. I guess the car is trying to get use to the new exhaust~ I also did the negative terminal 12 hours ecu reset because i believe it works...

 

i tried it, worked first time as indicated by dash light, noticed no difference...
