Hey Guys-
as the title says, i just ordered my R2C MaxxFlow intake for my Stock 06 sedan. In all of my readings, i am seeing that the R2C combined with a plenum spacer should give me a nice little boost in power.
but When looking into the MD spacers, there are a few options, first theres 5/16", 3/8" & 1/2"
on top of that there is the Basic, Isothermal & Copper
from what I've read, the 5/16" seems to be giving the biggest increase in power, (please let me know if im wrong) But when it comes to the basic Vs. isothermal Vs.copper, Im lost.
I read some people saying that the isothermal and copper are for colder weather regions, is that true? if so, Im in SoCal, should the Basic be sufficient?
any help/insight is appreciated.
thanks
