Resonator delete will cause a raspy noise. Many would do a muffler delete but would need new echaust tips.

I left my midpipe on and just changed the muffler to an HKS. I just made the sound lower and more of a growl. Just a little bit of drone, but after 8 years, I don't even notice it. But, I have a Sedan not a Coupe.... Totally different deal.

I have resonator delete and it sounds great. Most people only hear what it sounds like when they're sitting still and rev the gas; sounds very different under load. I love when someone else drives my car cuz I get to hear that sexy noise Besides that a resonator creates turbulence in the exhaust plumbing so you'll never get your exhausts full potential with the resonator attached. Having a resonator is the exhaust equivalent of using a stock intake tube (as apposed to a z-tube).

I've got a magnaflow muffler, resonator delete, z-tube and k&n panel filter. Sounds great like I said, but will sound even better when I get the plenum spacer on there.

It's a droning that happens around 2500-2800 RPM. It will fill the cabin with reszonation that will make you head throb.

Those are nice exhausts but i would only buy miner things from ebay or amazon lol,

yeah so typically you would take off the reaonator but have to do other things to get rid of the scratch like change the muffler like how u did, im probably gonna get an intake this summer so that will help, and maybe after try to figure something out with my exhaust,

ohh, i got u, does anybody get that dronning affect in there coupe?

This ^ is what we get when the cost of a first gen G35 drops low enough so anyone can afford one! They buy trash parts from ebay which will eventually destroy what they drive. They know nothing about cars because they didn't have Dad around to teach them. Oil changes are done when the warning light comes on...which was recommended a while ago right here on Driver! Sad isn't it?
