I just picked up an '08 X. The tips look like the previous owner never polished or cleaned them. I found replacement tips online but, for the life of me, I don't see any bolt or compression clamp that holds them to the pipe currently. Is there a trick to removing them or do I simply hit them with WD40 and attempt to twist and pull them off? I'm new to the Infiniti scene so apologies for the newbie question...

I finally figured out that if you pull on them and pop up on the (2) small tabs, they come right off...
