09 G37 cat back on G35 fitment??

I have a 2005 G35. Im needing to know if an 09 G37 cat back OE exhaust will fit ( with minor adjustments do-able). I got the 3 pieces for $100 so i couldnt say no. Every piece is in mint shape. I needed the Y pipe anyways
