my bad.. i forgot about it. but about the fitment issue, import-tooner got it fit perfectly, on the otherhand copbait and ajay got fitment problem. any idea?

Might be due to differences with how their y-pipe or exhaust matches up with the flanges, and how much flex they allow while under torque. Hard to say without seeing those installations though...

so here is my question....
I don't want rasp, or anything louder, crap I am just too old for that crap.
The 35C is already loud enough.

So assuming stock exhaust, and minor intake mods (K&N - Ztube, and a Motordyne spacer as soon as he answers my email again) is 500 or 600 bucks worth it for hi flow cats ?

thoughts, opinions ???

and will it still pass smog ?
