I can't find any information about this combo anywhere, even off the forums. Does anybody know if this combo has appreciable interior drone? My current FI RHFC and Tanabe Medallion has some brutal drone at highway speeds on my 5AT (the good ol 2200-2900 drone), but I'm hesitant to return to stock catback (and an HR y-pipe) because (a) gains, however little they are and (b) I don't like the idea of getting a used exhaust with 100k miles vs a brand new exhaust.
Does anyone with that exact setup know how bad the drone is? Between the two resonators on each path of the Gemini and the overall pipe length/diameter compared to the Tanabe, I feel like it would drone much less, buuut I'd prefer to hear it from someone who has experience. From everything I've heard, the Gemini tends to be even quieter than the Tanabe as well, in addition to not being quite as deep (a plus to me). I can handle a background exhaust noise, but not a drone that makes it impossible to talk to passengers when cruising up even a 2% grade.
