I just installed the Kinetix HF Cats. No problems with check engine light. The fitment was good. I had a small exhaust leak, which was fixed. I noticed the increase power and exhaust vibration/noise. The price was right.

With the Crawford's there was a minor issue with the heat shield on the driver's side. Also had an SES light after installation, the O2 sensor on the passenger side stopped working and had to be replaced. The O2 sensors are very fragile, make sure you use an O2 sensor socket to remove and be very careful installing. Other than that, very happy.

I have the Crawfords, no problem what so ever. Fit, sound, and power are great. No rattling or check engine light, highly recommend, however, any manipulation with the stock cats is illegal, but Doug C. advised me that they will pass the sniffer, just run 93 octane gas

Crawfords for me. Excellent fitment, finish, sound, and power. Great well designed product.

Performancenissanparts.com also sells the Crawford cats. I have them and I'm happy. They sound great with my Fuji exhaust.

No check engine light, I did have to bend up the heat shield though to stop it from rattling against the frame rail while the engine is under torque. That's pretty easy to do.

Go with Crawford. The fit is perfect. Sound is great. Buy them directly from Doug and show him your support. You will not get the customer service he gives anywhere else.

I'm about to pull the trigger on either of these.

Is it really worth the $150 difference to get the Crawfords over the Kinetix cats?

Is there any sound or fitment difference?

Yes I did and like 20 other posts from other forums and not one describes why one hfc is over $100 more than the other one.

I'm just trying justify the cost difference and i'm obviously still torn between the two after all these posts above. Just looking for a little more input, sheesh.
