I was wondering what exactly this droning noise sounds like, does anyone have any clips of it? Ive never specifically heard a drone before (or realized that what I was hearing was droning) from any exhaust on any car and Im curious as to what it sounds like, is it really that annoying?

 

i have the rear section from stillen and i love it. it s sort of a low hummm. i can t speak of the full catback though. good luck getting the sound clip i ve tried b4 and no one has done it for me

not sure on the Coupes... most of the droning you hear about is attributed to the Sedan's catback exhaust.

My suggestion to everyone in exhausts is to find someone on the forum (or attend a GTG) and check out the various systems... go for a ride along. then you can a make a more informed decision.
