Average life of ceramic headers?

How long should a typical set of ceramic headers last me?
How much is it really worth it to go stainless?

If you have the means, I suggest going stainless and then having those coated.

I have ran them on my S-15(383ci Small block) for three years and they look awesome still. They will last you a long time, so only buy the stainless if it is a better design. I will only put Stainless headers on my 04 Cobra if the design is superior.

Ceramic coated will help keep underhood temps down by keeping more heat within the primaries(tubes). This also helps exhaust gas scavenging.
