My check engine light came on after I installed the Injen Intake do a search its common after you install something that affects the Air Intake its thinking its getting too much air. Just serach for ECU reset you can take it to AutoZone and they check codes for you. Im like 80% sure its becuase you just installed the intake needs an ECU reset
Heres the link to ECU RESET
Heres another member that had the same problem after he installed his AEM intake.
Heres another member with an Injen Intake with the same problem.

Mine came on as well, after my Injen install. I was lazy and didn't get a chance to search for those ECU reset instructions. It went away by itself w/o me noticing...prob w/in a week or so?
