Are there any really reliable test pipes that wont cause raspyness in the exhaust note or crack or anything of the sort?

 

Not in my experience. I have the Kinetix resonated and there still is a little bit of rasp. Much less than regular, but still there. I think I am going to pick up a few rolls of header wrap and damp them down that way. If they would just make them with a heavier gauge tubing, we wouldnt have this problem at all.
