Hey guys. We (Boosted Concepts) have just become a dealer for Invidia products. I was thinking of switching my Injen SES with the Invidia G200 exhaust but I realized that it has only 50mm piping. Of course this would be fine if I wasn't FI'd. Can I run a Vortech using the Invidia G200 50mm piping? I really like the sound of the Invidia. What do you guys think?

I dont know much about f/i but does the invidia have pretty good experiance?

 

exerience with FI? or just experience? I like the exhaust and so have many others but 2" pipe is kinda small for FI. I may still do it though as I am not interested in squeezing ever hp out of the vortech

 

It is small but you can run it... hell, you can run the vortech with stock exhaust if you want. However, the small piping can rob away some power... like 10rwhp or so.

A couple of people have brought up the Vortech was designed to be used with the factory exhaust.

I have the G200 on my NA G, I gained close to 10WHP on the top end. I did lose mid range torque. I personally thing it would be perfect for FI.
