I install my pass side pipe not that easy but got it on started driver side got 2 of the 3 nuts off i can't get the 1 on the top off the steering link is in the way can i get off from the engine bay?

Are you working on the floor or on a lift? I don't think its easily accessable from the top. The way I usually do it is from under the car, get a flexible socket and go from the top of the cat.
