Z-tube & Jwt Popcharger- Quick Question

I just installed the Z-tube and the jwt pop charger on a 05 coupe. The check engine light came on. Has anyone had this problem and if so, what should I do. Does the light eventually go away or do i have to reset it at the dealer? If so, will I hear a bunch of nonsense from the dealer about the mods causing it? I have searched this and can not find anything on this issue so far. Any help will greatly be appreciated.

There's a couple of threads on here on reseting the CEL light. Search it and follow the instructions and the light will go away. I just installed my Weapon-R secret weapon intake and didnt get the CEL light. Lucky me.
