Header install cost

I'm looking to do a Crawford header install, and want to know what I should expect it to cost. How much did you guys pay? Did you jet-hot coat and what did that run? did anyone actually have their clutch fluid "boil" like some posts rumor? Any help appreciated. The search didn't provide much

dayum, i'd think that jet-coat crawfords+crawfords+their install cost would place you like $1000 short of a s/c, heh.

My Install was $450.00. I have my Crawfords coated with JetHot Sterling, the standard coating. No problems with clutch fluid boiling yet, and I'm in Arizona. BTW, These headers are a great mod.

400 is pretty damn good, esp. considering they have to jack the engine ...... btw, are you certain they know they'll have to lift the engine @ the 425 shop, because when I talked to people around here, they all either assumed the engine had to be lifted for any header install, or that the engine did not have to be lifted for any header install, no middle ground (i.e., some need it lifted, some don't)

Yeah, I forewarned him of lifting the engine. He installed my cats before, he does aftermarket s2000"s and RXs'.
