Newb question Whats best exhaust/intake for low end torque?

I'm not that knowledgeble when it comes to modding but I want to add a new exhaust and intake to my 6mt coupe. I rarely get the car in the 5k rpm range and usually drive in the 2.5k-3.5k rpm range so I'm looking for an exhaust/intake combo that boosts the low end torque. I would also prefer the sound to be on the lower side also (thats why I ride Harleys and not rice burners). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you drive a 6spd? I'd do 3.9 gears instead of the exhaust/intake.. The cash would bit a little bit more.. but you'll get a better kick.

Unlikely that any external mod will boost low rpm [2500-3500] torque as there is little if any measurable restrictions at these rpm in flows.

The max air flow into engine at 4400 is ~~245 CFM and maybe 200 CFM at 3500.

Not to say with extensive testing you might not find 2-5 lb/ft but you'll never feel/measure that in acceleration.

A tiny squirt of Nitrous a 15-20 HP jet [extremely small for safety and longevity] would yield 35 -45 lb/ft at 2500 rpm.
You would squirt in front of MAF by at least 6" so that the cold temperature of the expanding gas fools the MAF and IAT sensor into thinking it is very cold outside and adds some fuel without a redesign of fuel/ignition curve........ONLY AT WOT not at cruise or any partial load conditions otherwise you will lean burn pistons/valves.

What am I missing every WOT causes a down shift so you immediately get to 4,000 rpm.

Why do you need more torque except in 1st gear?
