It says it's DC-S headers, which I believe are cheap knockoffs. Otherwise, it would have said DC Sports.

WELL, I just happened to buy these last week. The 350z I bought had a Greddy turbo kit on it and I sold the kit. That left me without manifolds so I started looking at headers. THe thought was I needed something until the JWT TT comes out. So I said fug it. Im really shocked at how nice these are for 90.00. The welds look great. I will file down the flange to make sure its flat before I install em. But I think so far I got a good deal.

I wonder what the actual numbers are performance wise compared to the more expensive brands.

Exclamation

I JUST read an article about "Knock Off's" in a Tuner Mag @ Border's.
I'll have to go back and find which mag and which page # it is...

They tested the "Knock Off's" versus the "Real Deal" and the ONLY part that came out with a "Suprisingly it's not that bad!" was the headers you can find on e-bay for about what ya'll are stating ==> $89 smackers...

Let me look tomorrow on my lunch break...stay tuned! (no pun intended) HA!

Not sure about the knock-off headers for the Gs... but the knock-offs for Hondas are pretty much the same as the real products that you pay so much for. The cheap headers for the EP were exact knock-offs of the DC Sports headers, and I'm assuming these are the same. Power wise, they both were similar.

The only difference between the fakes and the real ones was quality... but then again, DC Sports isn't great quality anyways... I had the real DC header and cat-back in my EP, and both of them fell apart at the welds on me... I think it would have hurt less if the parts were cheaper...

$90??? I think I might look into these... my only concern would be having to swap the stocks back in if these cracked... headers on the sedan looks like alot of work as compared to Hondas...

FYI: Investment Casting is an expensive casting process used usally for metal parts with complex geometry.

I dunno why they would investment cast the flanges, but from the pics that
G35NV gaves us, the knock-offs actually have pretty good welds
