Getting a JWT or Stillen intake, is a z tube a necessity?

Any performance gains? Dont know if I will like the noise?

yes its bigger than the stock pipe and doesnt have the resonator box on it

No noticeable performance gains on the butt dyno and only slight louder (barely) than stock g35 tube (past 4k rpms), but better flow due to the smoother bend and interior walls and no resonator box... slightly lighter too, so you will shed a few ounces...
