MD Spacer Install

I'm going to be putting on my spacer on Saturday and wanted to know about the two gaskets that came pre-applied to the spacer. There is nothing really written about them in the instructions. Do I need to put some oil on both of them before installing? Thanks for the help.

only on the isothermal gasket...pour a little oil, little, in the bag that the gasket came with...

The 2 gaskets, which are installed above and below the actual spacer do not require any oil prior to the install. The ISO Thermal Aramid gasket, which seats directly between the intake manifold and the lower collector/plenum should be lightly oiled. When heated from the engine heat, the oiled Aramid gasket will swell up to insure a good seal. Have a great install and enjoy your new spacer.
