Stillen CAI vs Stock w/Amsoil Filter

I just install a Z-Tube this weekend on my car. I am now trying to decide if I should just get an Amsoil EEA Filter or get a Stillen CAI. IS there a HP increase going with the Stillen or is it more for sound. Please let me know what you all think.

Stillen will be more for sound. If you want HP, just get the panel filter. The stock airbox is about the best you can get to cold air induction since it COMPLETELY isolates the intake from the hot air in the engine bay.

the stillen has a bigger filter though, so it can get more air, and with plenum mods, that gives you more hp

I dunno. I never realized how much hot air is underneath the hood and exactly how hot it was. I just installed a pop charger with the heat shield and just putting my hands around the filter element, when the fan turned on, man my hand was almost burned from the hot air being blown through the radiator. That made me realize how much hot air is being sucked in. Even with the extra air flow capacity, some HP must have been lost from the change in air temp it now intakes.

I know stillen has a more substantial air box than the pop charger but it's still exposed to the engine bay air mass.

bad, i've read about the heat soak, i think its only a problem from a standstill, when you're moving it's not that much hotter b/c air is circulating. btw do you have a spacer? b/c that's where the popcharger makes a different. with a stock plenum i don't think it does anything.
