Installed: Black Nismo Poly Bumper

Hi All,

Well I finally got it painted and on the car. Overall I think it looks great. The installer spent about a week off and on fitted, sanding, test fitting, filling etc...and the end product came out really well. There is only one issue, the drivers side clear corner is not perfectly flush with the outside of the bumper and is about 1/8" off. The other side fit great. The fit with the hood, grill and fenders was also bang on but only because the installer really took his time. He also had to add a small piece of aluminum to the bottom of the bumper because the mount did not meet the stock skirting, so he painted it black as well and you can't even see it when you are looking under the car. Let me know what you think.

I didn't order the mesh soon enough and he had this installed the day the mesh showed up. He wants to let it cure for a week, then I'll go back and he will put that on as well. I got it from customautomesh.com ...Drew really was very helpful. Also my front license plate bracket from stillen is on it's way and should be here on Monday. I'll post another set of pics when it is finally completed.

Thanks, we like Zaino...

The hood and fenders do have quite a few rock chips which really stand out on a black car with a flawless bumper. I might get him to re-finish those as well. Overall , I am really happy with the final product.

The shop was Bear's collison in Ottawa. Barry (hence Bear's) did it. Nice guy, very small shop and Barry is a car guy as well.

looks great man, you must be really happy with it. I'm expecting mine to be delivered any day now. Mind telling how much you ended up paying the body shop?

a black mesh would really finish it up or perhaps two intercoolers behind those would be nice also. great looking paint finish.

I actually have the mesh from customautomesh.com in my garage and it didn't arrive in time to get installed when it was sprayed. I'm getting it put on this week.
